Here we will walk through the first steps of setting up your Fit Pro Tracker system. It is important to complete these steps before you begin your onboarding training.
Once you have logged into your Fit Pro Tracker system for the first time and have acknowledged the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and added your card information, you will be directed to a setup dashboard with 5 steps to complete. You will click the Begin button next to each step and the system will guide you to that item.

Setting up your business address and timezone will ensure that information is properly displayed on your system.
Address: address of your physical location
Address (Other): additional address information
City: city
State: state
Postal Code: postal code
Location Name: This is the name of what people generally know your facility as.
Location Email: This email is used for system notifications, such as when you receive a inbound text message or inbound email. We set this to a catch-all email address that we can assign team members to that need to be notified.Example: we use email address info@fit......... which we have associated our actual work emails to receive from this email address.
Email From Name(Override Location Name): Your database comes with an internal email that you can use to email your clients. The address will be your Subdomain name [subdomain]@in.fitprotracker.com. The From Name that is shown to your clients email Inbox will be Location Name by default, however if you enter a name in this field, it will override the default location name.
Phone (Office): This is a landline phone or other mobile phone that you are using today.
Time Zone: This field is important to set!!! Make sure to set this one and then Save or Update your address.
Think of this as your unique marketplace to reference your gym location.
Your market name will help with your products from sign-up, reply emails, and marketing. This is your brand name that will be easy to remember.
You can also use the default landing page to drive traffic to to get more leads. If a lead opts-in, that information will show up in your Lead Contacts Groups.
Sometimes this step is already completed upon account generation. Other times, you may be required to add a subdomain. When adding a subdomain, please avoid using special characters and spaces. If you ever need to change your subdomain, you will need to contact customer support through chat to request the update.
You will see this in your web browser's address bar.
For example:

Once you enter your sub domain name, click the Save button and you are done.
This step is how you will select and register the number you will use to communicate via SMS to your contacts through Fit Pro Tracker.
Add Your First Contact
Enter your very first contact into Fit Pro Tracker. I suggest adding yourself as a lead so you can test different functionality and features before you go live.Email: You must enter at least an email to enter a record into your database.
First Name: First name of the contact.
Last Name: Last name of the contact.
Phone: Preferably a mobile number for the contact. Try to get a mobile number to be able to use the platform for texting SMS messages to your contact.
Lead Generator: Source of where or how this contact came to your facility. (Ex. Walk-in, Phone, Email, etc)Import Canned Assets
Canned assets provide you with various templates to utilize in your Fit Pro Tracker account. Dismissing the Canned Assets just means that you will have a blank slate to begin building out.
