Just like texting, Email gives you another communication tool to correspond with your contacts.  You can add images and hyperlinks to other documents or documents within Fit Pro Tracker.

Send Email To 1 Contact

When you want Fit Pro Tracker to send emails or text messages in a specific day and hour you have to option to schedule them.
Here you have the steps:

  1. Go to the client's profile and choose either the Email or SMS

  2. Write your message

  3. Select the schedule for your SMS or Email

Sending Batch Emails

You can send emails to different contacts at the same time.

Batch Emailing gives you the possibility to choose contacts from "All Contacts" group or any other group you want.

You must ensure you have permissions to be able to send Batch Email.

Using the Filters button allows you to segment your list of people that you want to send a batch email to.

Next, using the checkboxes on the left of the record, start choosing those to select them. Once you have the selected contacts, the Batch Dropdown button will appear. If you have permissions, Batch Email will be available to you.

You also have the option of sending an email template, add a document, or a form template. Remember to add batch email name. The subject field must be 4 or more characters.

  • Batch identifier: Batch id, please send this number to the support team if you have questions about the batch.

  • Summary: Visual contact summary that allows you to keep a closer control to the amount of contact and contact groups the batch will be sent to.

Once you have the contacts you want to send the batch email to you can write the message, you can send it at the moment or you can schedule it for the future:

If the contact unsubscribed to your emails you have 2 options to get them back on your email list. They can text your location number the key code "myemail" or they can send an email to [email protected] asking to be added back to the email list, adding their names and the gym they belong to.

You can also ask them to save your location email address and mark it as important. Please make sure they send you an email, we recommend having at least one inbound email per each 10 outbound emails to avoid their email carriers blocking your emails.
