Fit Pro Tracker wanted to make reports easy for you to access and read. The below article will go over the different billing reports that are currently available to help you track the health of your company.

How To Get To Billing Reports

On the left side of Fit Pro Tracker click on the " Membership Billing" tab and then click on the "Reports" tab.

Transaction Report

The transaction report was designed to help you see the health of the company. We designed it for quick and easy to read and filter. Starting at the top of the page to will be able to filter the following:

  1. Membership/Trial - Filter through your different memberships and trials you have in FPT. If you leave it blank you will be able to see all the memberships and trials.

  2. Date - Change the dates of the report based off your needs.

  3. Status: Paid, Past Due, Pending - Paid status is the transaction that went through and were successfully paid. Past Due is the transactions that were charged and were unsuccessful due to insignificant funds, card reported as stolen, card expired, etc... Pending is the status that the bank is holding or checking the charge.

  4. Agreement Types- Choose the agreement types Memberships, Memberships Paid In Full, Trial, Trial-Prospect.

  5. Export Report To Excel File

  6. Invoice Number - This is where you can refund or re-run the transaction

Inactive/Expired Or Near To Expire Payment Methods Report

This report makes it easy for you to see any inactive/expired or near to expired cards in your Fit Pro Tracker billing system. It will show the card name/number, when the expiration date is, the status of the card, last payment date, and last decline message.

Past-due Report

Past Due Report has been added to the Billing Reports as a whole new section. It looks like this.

This report shows the total past due amount and a summary of all memberships with past due status. The report has the invoice number, the name of the customer, the membership, the agreement, the status, the due date, the amount, and notes.

The report’s default is to show the most recent past due going down to the oldest. But if you click on the date, it would show the reverse. You may also click on the name to have it arranged alphabetically or the reverse.

The report has no filter as it is presented based on the information in the invoice. Clicking on the invoice number will bring you to a pop-up window showing the Transaction Details, which shows the invoice information, processing information, transaction history, and the option to run a transaction from there.

Like all the other Billing Reports, you may also export Past Due Report to an Excel file.
