The Projected Revenue Report has been redesigned to give you a clearer, more detailed view of your expected recurring revenue. With improved functionality and a fresh layout, this report makes it easier to track, plan, and manage your business’s financial performance.

This updated report provides a comprehensive forecast of your projected revenue and potential losses over the next 12 weeks, helping you stay ahead and make informed decisions.

When you open the updated report, you’ll see:
βœ… A membership-based breakdown of projected revenue for quick insights.
βœ… Interactive sections that allow you to click on totals to instantly filter and view related contact details.
βœ… A forecast that automatically updates every Sunday at 3:00 PM UTC, covering the next 12 weeks (by default, it displays the next 4 weeks).


πŸ“– Report Structure

The report is divided into three main sections:

πŸ“ˆ 1. Projected Revenue

Displays a summary of your forecasted recurring payment revenue from active memberships.

πŸ’΅ 2. Projected Installment Revenue

Shows installment revenue broken down into three statuses:

  • Current – All installments for subscriptions that are currently active.

  • Scheduled – All installments for subscriptions scheduled to start within the selected date range.

  • Upsell – Revenue from any single installment modifications where the amount has been increased (e.g., a subscription updated from $50 to $60 shows the extra $10 here).

πŸ“‰ 3. Projected Installment Losses

Displays the potential revenue you may not receive due to changes in membership status. This includes:

  • Frozen – Installments that are frozen.

    • πŸ”΄ Number in red: upcoming freeze

    • 🟒 Number in green: freeze ending

  • Paused – Installments placed on pause.

  • Cancelled – Subscriptions that have been cancelled.

  • Discounted – Revenue reductions from any single installment modifications where the amount was decreased (e.g., a subscription changed from $50 to $40 shows -$10 here). The amount you are seeing here is the total amount in the Discounted Column.

  • The report works every week, creating a forecast for the next 12 weeks.

  • By default, it displays the next 4 weeks of data.

  • Click on the date to adjust the date range as needed.
