How to Download Your Monthly Merchant Statement:
Navigate to Membership Billing
Start by going to the Left Menu and selecting Membership Billing, then click on Reports.
Access the Merchant’s Statement Report
Find the Merchant's Statement widget and click the View Report tab to generate your report.
Download Your Monthly Statement
You'll see an option labeled Download Monthly Statement. Click this to download your statement for the current month.
Need a Previous Month’s Statement? No Problem!
Are you looking for past data? You can easily download statements from previous months by adjusting the date filter at the report's top. Select the month you need, and your statement will be instantly available for download.
Important Note: The system will only download data for one month at a time. So, even if you select a broader date range, it will prioritize the first date selected and download data for that specific month.
