The Fit Pro Tracker Team is excited that you are starting your Migration Process. We will be receiving your Club Ready Exit File the Thursday before your migration week. We want to do everything possible to make this process as best as we can.
MUST complete these steps before your Migration Week
1-2 Months Before Migration Your Migration Week
Make sure your Merchant Application is Approved (Help Article: here)
Remove any bi-weekly agreement you have in Club Ready before you start the migration process
Bi-weekly live training sessions with our Migration Specialists to ask any questions (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12PM PST - Zoom Link to Join is Here)
1-2 Weeks Before Migration Week
Create your Memberships in the Fit Pro Tracker system based on your Club Ready Memberships (Help Article & Video: here)
Send your iliv.fit invite (Help Article & Video: here)
Set up your Kiosk and Class Schedule (Help Article & Video: here)
Create your POS System (Help Article & Video: here)
Make sure to upload your Active Members/Trials Excel List from Club Ready the Friday before your migration week (Your list of active users that are paying for memberships) This needs to be uploaded in the Billing Tab "Migration Report"

If you have any questions, please send them through our Customer Support Center using the bottom right corner message icon in Fit Pro Tracker. Please add the title "Migration and Location Name" to your question so that we can easily identify it and have it as our number 1 priority.
On your migration week, please ensure you review and follow these steps:
In order to best serve you, please send all your Migration questions through our Customer Support Center using the bottom right corner message icon, in Fit Pro Tracker. Emails will not be answered as we cannot track and efficiently ensure a speedy response over email.
Please send your Migration questions from 8:00 AM PST - 3:00 PM PST. This is to ensure they will be quickly answered.
Please send me your question with the title "Migration and Your Location Name."
Please make sure that only you send questions, if someone from your gym sends us questions, we won’t be able to answer them as quickly.
Please, do not send any Migration questions to any other Fit Pro Tracker team members as they will also have a separate group they are working with and won’t be able to help you.
