Fit Pro Tracker now introduces Billing Automations, a feature that will maximize the efficacy of your Billing System. This feature is available to users who have an active billing account.
Before utilizing Billing Automation, it is essential to set it up. Please refer to this article for more information: Manage Automation: How to Give Access to Your Staff Members.
Automation becomes effective immediately upon successful configuration. The corresponding action will depend on the trigger, like an expiring payment or subscription.
Once you have enabled the automation, you can create your own Billing Automation. You can also modify and delete your billing automation if needed.
The system contains two automation sources:
Fit Pro Tracker Automation - for locations utilizing Fit Pro Tracker Billing.
MindBody Automation- for locations that have integrated with MindBody.
On the left menu, select the Automation tab and click on Automation Management.

Important Note: A location will only have one source type of automation, MindBody or Fit Pro Tracker.
