Fit Pro Tracker now allows the implementation of automation based on defined triggers to enhance the capabilities of our billing system.
This feature is only available to Mindbody users who are migrating to Fit Pro Tracker. You can only choose one type of automation source, either MIndbody or Fit Pro Tracker.
To add a new automation, follow these steps:
1. Click on the New Automation tab.
2. Enter the name of the automation.
3. Toggle on if you want your automation to be active or toggle off if not.
4. Select Mindbody as your source.
5. For the Mindbody source, there are four categories that you can choose depending on the triggers in the system.
a. Payment Option
b. Membership
c. Contract
d. Sessions
6. After adding the new automation, click the dropdown button to select the name from the list of actions and choose the target action:
a. Add contact to the campaign and select the campaign
b. Move contact to a group and select the name of the group
c. Assign a tag to a contact and select a tag
d. Assign contact to staff and select the staff
After adding the name of the action and its target, click the save button beside X button. Then, you can add another action if needed.
Once you have completed the actions, click Save Automation to complete the process.
You have the ability to edit or delete the action if there are changes. You can also add an action if needed.
