Manage Automation: How to Give Access to Your Staff Members

The first step in managing the Automation feature is to grant access to your staff members. A user with owner access can enable this for any staff member.

To enable the automation, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Staff tab from the left menu. Find the name of the staff member to whom you want to give access to the Automation. Then, select the View option.

2. You will be directed to this page. Click the Access tab.

3. Then scroll down until you reach the Manage Automation, then turn the toggle on.

Remember to click the Update User Privileges button after enabling the Manage Automation access to save the changes.

Once you successfully turned on the Manage Automation access, you can start creating and modifying the actions of the Automation.
