How to Remove Contact's Payment Method

With the new enhancement to the Advanced Payment Option Handling under the Billing Privileges, gym owners, managers, staff, and trainers can now remove any payment method from their contacts.

First, gym owners and managers should grant their Fitness Facility staff and trainers access to the Billing Privileges for Advanced Payment Option Handling so that they can also remove their contact's payment method.

Once the Advanced Payment Option Handling option is enabled, any payment method, including primary, can be removed from your contacts if and only if the payment method is not linked to any active subscriptions or scheduled invoices.

To delete a payment method, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Contact’s Profile. Select the Billing section.

  2. Click on the Payment Methods.

3. Select the payment method to be removed and click the trash icon.

4. Before clicking the OK button, make a note to confirm the deletion of the payment method.
