Owners and managers will have automatic access to Advanced Payment Option Handling under Billing Privileges, allowing them to remove any of their contacts' payment methods. They can enable or disable this option for the rest of their gym's staff and trainers.
The access given to the Fitness Facility staff and trainers will also allow them to delete the payment methods of their contacts.
To enable the option in the Billing Module, follow these steps:
Click the Staff on the left menu.
Select the staff that you would like to give access to the Billing Privileges. Then, click the View button.
3. Click the Access button to get to the Billing Privileges section of the page.
4. Scroll down to see the Billing Privileges section. By clicking the toggle button, you can enable the Access to the Billing Module.
5. Then, enable the Advanced Payment Option Handling.
6. To finish the process, click the Update User Privileges button.
Once the Advanced Payment Option Handling is turned on, you can remove any payment method, including the primary, from your Contact's Profile as long as there are no active subscriptions or scheduled invoices linked to that payment method.
