The new enhancements will make it easier for clients to use the Resource Vault. The resource can be edited, cloned, and shared with other locations. You will also be able to see all of your resources in the vault, as well as the number of contacts associated with each resource.
The Resource Vault contains the following sections:
Actions. This includes the edit, clone, share resource code, and delete resource buttons
Resource Name. Name of the resource created
Contacts. The number of contacts included in the resource
Created by. The name of the staff member or owner who created the resource
You can do the following action on the Actions tab:
Edit the new resource
Clone it
Share resource code
Delete the resource
When you click the Contacts section, you will see how many contacts you shared the resource with, as well as their names.
You have the option of removing a contact or all contacts from your resource's list.
