This report was designed for you to see and filter through all of your Freeze and Paused clients. You can filter the date range, select a reason, and filter if the contacts are on a freeze or pause.
You can access your Paused / Frozen Memberships Report from the main menu.
Click the Membership Billing and choose Reports.
Click the Paused / Frozen Memberships Report to view the information.
You will find the following information in this report:
Customer’s name
Membership name
Membership Type
Type
End Date
Reason
Notes
Follow-Up Task
There is a filter option for the following:
1. Date. You can filter the date of the report by clicking the calendar icon.
2. Reason. By clicking the dropdown menu, you can filter the reason for the paused/frozen membership.
3. Type. Select the type of membership if it is paused/frozen.
4. Membership Type. Select the membership type if it is members, paid in full, trial, or challenge.
The Paused / Frozen Memberships Report can be exported to Excel. This will provide you with more detailed information about this report.
