We are excited to announce our latest enhancement for Invoice Modifications! This upgrade introduces a new, more user-friendly view that displays the updated values of modified invoices.
With this improvement, you’ll gain an accurate overview of your invoice adjustments, ensuring greater accuracy and transparency in your billing process. The new enhancement is designed to streamline the modification process, making tracking changes easier and understanding their impact on your overall billing.
In certain situations, you may need to adjust a customer’s subscription installment. This can be done by:
Modifying a Single Invoice: Use the Pencil Icon next to the invoice you wish to adjust. This allows for quick and precise changes to individual invoices.
Modifying the Subscription Amount: Utilize the Modify Amount Tab to adjust all invoices at once. This feature streamlines the process when updating the amount of the subscription.

Reason for Enhancing the Modified Invoices Feature
In some situations, modified invoices may encounter processing failures, causing the Invoice or Installment amount to not revert to its original value. When this occurs, the system displays a warning message: "This subscription requires your attention. Please contact support if needed." Additionally, a warning icon appears on the invoice to indicate the modification failure.
There are also instances where the warning icon does not appear, and the option to modify the amount is unavailable. In such cases, the system will display an error message: "This subscription cannot be modified due to pending single invoice modification(s)."
To address this issue, the typical process involves clearing the subscription data on the backend. To streamline this, we've implemented an enhancement that allows you to fix the problem with failed installments more conveniently. This update not only provides ease of use but also ensures the system accurately reflects the current status of modified invoices. Keeping this view up-to-date and accurate will help identify and resolve issues related to failed installments.
Here are the three sample scenarios when
