We are excited to announce that we have improved the Audit Session report, specifically in the Session Changes section. This enhancement will offer you more comprehensive details about the modifications made in a session.

Modify Session

This part of the Audit session report contains details about any changes made to a series in the Session Schedule. This section includes the following information:

- The date and time of the modification

- The Staff who made the change

- The Before and After of the settings that have been modified

(e.g. change in the number of capacities; if an occurrence was deleted along with when it was removed; modification in the session rules (enabled/disabled).

Modify Occurrence

This section is designed to track single occurrences or events within a session. It will provide information on the date and time the session was changed and the individual responsible for the change. Additionally, it will show the before and after details of the setting change, such as the capacity and the waiting queue. This feature is useful for monitoring and analyzing changes made to a session, ensuring transparency and accountability within your organization.

Booking Policy Conversion

This section of the Audit Report will detail any changes to your Booking Policy. The information includes the following information:

-Date and time of the modification

-The Staff who modified the Booking Policy

-Series name that has been edited

-The Before and After of the settings that have been modified (e.g. - the required number of days/hours to book a session; the allowable days/hours before booking; the acceptable time for canceling a booking)

-The sessions that were impacted

Affected Contact Count

The Affected Contact Count is a specific metric that is included in the Delete Occurrence section of the Audit Session (Session change) report. This metric is designed to provide you with the number of contacts or members that have been affected when a single occurrence or event has been deleted. This can help you understand the impact of the deleted occurrence on your contacts or members.

With this improvement, you will have the ability to monitor and trace any modifications made to Sessions. This will provide you with a clearer understanding of the actions taken and enhance your experience with the Audit Session Report, making it more efficient and effective.
