As a fitness facility owner, one of the most crucial aspects of running a successful business is creating subscriptions that attract and retain customers. Subscriptions not only provide a steady stream of revenue but also foster long-term relationships with clients.

When creating one, it is essential to offer a variety of subscription options that cater to different customer needs and budgets, to offer additional perks that can significantly enhance the value of client subscriptions, and to ensure transparency and simplicity in subscription pricing.

Part of our constant system enhancement to provide a better user experience involves updating beneficial automations and ensuring that these are added to the Fit Pro Tracker system. With this update, you may create an automation when adding a primary or non-primary subscription.

Here are the steps on how to access this system enhancement:

Step 1: On the left menu, select the Automation tab and then click Automation Management.

Step 2: Click New Automation button.

Step 3: Type in the name of the automation.

Step 4: For the source, select Fit Pro Tracker.

Step 5: On the next tab, select Membership.

Step 6: On the third tab, you will now be able to see all the available automations when adding a subscription, including Addition of Primary Subscription and Addition of Non-Primary Subscription. Select which automation to use depending on the type of subscription.

Step 7: Once done filling out the tabs, click Add Action button.

Step 8: For the name and target, select the actions of your preference from the options in the dropdown menu. Options available for the name of actions are 1) Add contact to campaign; 2) Move contact to group; 3) Assign tag to a contact; and 4) Assign contact to a staff.

Step 9: To save the automation, click the Save button. An Added Action Successfully notification will show once you click on the Save button.

This would be helpful for all fitness facility owners and managers to determine and apply which of the actions available are best fit to best serve clients with newly acquired memberships.
