Checking the associated Tax information for membership and invoices is now made easier! The Fit Pro Tracker Team pushed a system enhancement called Tax Usability Feature.

With this feature, tax information is readily available to locations that use tax by separating the base price of memberships/invoices from the selected tax.

A tax column has been added to the Billing Activity Summary on the Contacts Profile, on Memberships Billing, and on Membership Invoices. There are also columns added for the membership due amount and the total of the two.

  1. Due (Membership Amount)

  2. Tax (Added Cost to the Transaction)

  3. Total ( Membership Amount + Tax Amount)

Important Note: Tax only applies for Invoices.

The list of significant changes to how tax information is displayed is provided below.

  1. In Activity Summary:

  • Billing

  • Past Due

  • Paid

  • Scheduled Invoices

2. In Membership Billing:

  • Transactions

  • Transaction Report

  • Membership Billing > Transactions

  • Membership Billing > Reports > Transaction Report

3. In Membership Invoices

You can export your file to Excel to have a copy of all tax-related transactions.
