Adding Invoice and Tax Usability

With the Tax Usability Enhancement, gym owners and staff members now have the ability to include a tax when adding manual invoices to their client’s accounts.

Here’s how you can add a tax to the Invoice:

1. Go to the Contact Profile and click on the Billing tab.

2. Select the Billing under the Activity Summary.

3. Click on the Add Invoice section.

4. Choose the Subscription. (This is optional if you want to link the Invoice to a specific Membership.)

5. Indicate the amount.

6. Add the tax amount.

7. Click the Add payment.

8. Click on the Confirm tab to complete the process.
