The time between Club Ready sending the exit file and Fit Pro Tracker starting billing can be confusing. It is important to remember the day Club Ready sends the exit file is the cut off for info coming to FPT in the migration process. Club Ready will send the exit file on the Thursday before your migration week. After the exit file is puled and delivered anything that is enter into CR will not be sent over or recorded into FPT. This means if your have someone sign up Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. You will need to also enter them in FPT. When the migration happens on Wednesday the CR exit file will only show up to Thursday when they pull and sent the info over to us.

New Members Or Trials

If you have a new member or trial that signs up between those migration dead zone (Thursday -Wednesday) of your migration. We recommend adding the contact into FPT with their new memberships.

Session Attendance

It is important to get iLiv.fit up and running as soon as possible. It is recommended to try to get your customers using iLiv.fit the week of your migration. The clients past sessions will transfer in the migration but only up to the Thursday CR pulls and sends the exit file. If you wait you will manually have to update your clients sessions.

New/Updated Card Info

If a client needs to update their card info. We recommend to update the informative in the clients billing profile inside FPT. This information will not be sent if it is updated after the CR exit file is pulled and sent to FPT.
