How to edit clients transactions amount and date

In Fit Pro Tracker you have the ability to edit your clients' next transaction amount and date.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Editing a client's next transaction amount and date can only be done two or more days before the due date.

Edit Transaction Amount

To do that, you will go to the contact's profile, click on Billing, then on Subscriptions.

From there, all the client's active subscriptions/memberships will show up. You will click on the Invoices on the membership that you wanna make changes to.

If you are modifying a single transaction, you will click on the pencil button under the status column of that specific transaction.

The Modify Installment box will appear on the right side for you to put the amount that you would like the client to be charged instead and put a note of whatever the purpose of the changes is, then click CONFIRM.

There is also an option to modify the amount of all the unbilled transactions at once. You just have to click on the Modify Amount beside the Modify Date button on the upper part of the page.

It'll bring up the Modify Amount box on the right side this time to input the changes and then CONFIRM.

Edit Transaction Date

Important Note: Unlike editing the amount, You will not be able to modify the date of a single invoice. If you modify the date, the billing due dates of unbilled invoices will be modified as well.

On the Memberships' details below the installment price, click on the Modify Date.

The Modify Date box on the right side will appear, where you need to pick the time of the week on the future date that you'd like the due date to be for all the unbilled transactions. Then, proceed to CONFIRM.
