In Fit Pro Tracker Billing you may need to cancel a clients membership. You will need to go to the contacts profile select Billing Memberships.
Cancel Clients Membership
--Go to the client's profile
--Click Billing and on Subscription under it
--Find the membership you would like to cancel. Select the "Cancel" button.
Confirm Cancel
Once you have clicked on the cancel button, complete the desired actions and then click confirm.
Tip: Remember if you charge a Cancelation Fee it will charge immediately.
