How to send Emails in Fit Pro Tracker

Sending a One-on-One Email

If you want to send an email to a specific contact, you can do this directly from their profile. Fit Pro Tracker also gives you the option to either send the email immediately or schedule it for a specific date and time.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the client’s profile and open the Communications tab.

  2. Select Email.

  3. Enter your subject and the body of your message.

  4. Choose whether to send now or schedule the email for later.

Sending Batch Emails

You can send Emails to different contacts at the same time. To do this, you must also ensure you have permissions to be able to send Batch Email.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the your Contact Grid, and select the contacts you'd like to add in your batch email.

  2. Once you have the selected your contacts, click the Batch icon on the left side of your screen and select Email from the drop down.

3. Next, enter your email’s subject and make sure that it contains 4 or more characters.


4. Remember to add batch email name.

Additional information:

  • Batch identifier: Batch id, please send this number to the support team if you have questions about the batch.

  • Summary: Visual contact summary that allows you to keep a closer control to the amount of contact and contact groups the batch will be sent to.

5. Select whether to send the Batch Email immediately or schedule it for later.


Important Note:

If you often send emails with the same content, you can save time by creating and loading an email template. You also have the option to attach a document or include a form template.
