The Batching Dashboard is your central hub for reviewing all the batch messages (both SMS and email) that have been sent, scheduled, or canceled. It provides a clear overview of your messaging activity and allows for deeper insights and management options.
📍 How to Access the Batching Dashboard
To open the Batching Dashboard:
Navigate to the Messages menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
Select Batching Dashboard from the available options.
📅 Viewing Batch Details
Each batch listed in the dashboard will display key information at a glance, including:
Date Sent or Scheduled
Message Status (e.g., Completed, Scheduled, Processing, Cancelled)
Number of Contacts the message was sent to
Failure Count – if any messages failed to send, the number will be displayed here
This gives you immediate visibility into your communication performance.
To view more details about a batch message, edit the content, cancel the batch, or remove a contact, simply double-click on the message. After making your changes, be sure to click the "Save Message" button to apply the updates.
