Assign different contacts to a Campaign

The Batch Campaign feature allows you to assign multiple contacts to a Campaign at once, saving you time and ensuring consistency across your outreach efforts.

Follow the steps below to get started:


✅ Steps to Assign Contacts to a Campaign

  1. Go to your Contact List.
    Navigate to your Contacts Grid.

  2. Select the contacts you want to add or assign to a Campaign.
    Use the checkboxes on the left of each contact name to choose one or more contacts.

  3. Click the Batch button on the right side of your screen.

  4. Select the "Campaign" option from the batch actions.

📋 Campaign Management & Contact Review

On this screen, you'll see a summary overview of the selected campaign, including:

  • Total number of contacts being added

  • The ability to add or remove contacts before proceeding

  • Choose the Campaign you'd like to assign to the selected contacts using the Campaigns drop-down menu.


This gives you a final opportunity to review and fine-tune the list before launching.

🕒 Scheduling Options

After selecting the campaign:

  • You can start the campaign immediately, or

  • Schedule it to begin at a specific date and time

This gives you flexibility to time your campaigns for maximum impact.

👁️ Campaign Preview & Action Control

You’ll also see a campaign preview, which includes:

  • Total number of actions in the campaign

  • Types of actions (e.g., SMS, Email, Task, etc.)

For more detail:

  • Click the blue eye icon next to each action to view the full content of that specific action.

  • You can also choose the specific action where the campaign should begin, in case you don’t want to start from the beginning.

📊 Tracking Your Batch Campaign

Once the campaign is live, you can track its progress and performance in the Campaign Dashboard.

There, you can monitor:

  • Delivery status

  • Engagement metrics

  • Assigned contacts and more

📝 Final Tips

  • Make sure your selected contacts are eligible to receive the communication types used in the campaign (e.g., SMS or Email).

  • Review the campaign flow before launching to ensure all messages and tasks are accurate and aligned with your goals.
