The Campaign Dashboard will provide you with a summary of all of your campaign actions, including batch and one-to-one campaigns.
To open the Campaign Dashboard, go to the left menu and select the Campaign Dahboard option under Campaigns.
When you open the campaign dashboard, you can see the status of the campaign as well as the active users on the campaign and the campaign summary. You can also filter the campaigns by keyword, contacts, or dates. You can see the staff who created the campaign and its status as well.

The campaign name will also give you extra information such as the name, scheduled date and time, and the staff member who assigned the campaign. This will help you to identify the campaigns easily and to keep better track of each campaign.
If you want to see the list of contacts you have in the campaign as well as their campaign information you can click on the campaign and this will open another screen with all the information:
The Percentage Completed indicates how many campaign actions were already scheduled. It updates based on how many of the total actions in the campaign have already been scheduled. Once all actions have been scheduled, the percentage completed will be displayed.
The status in the upper right, refers to the status of each action. It will only display completed when all actions have been executed.
Important Note:
There are times when Percentage Compete and the status in the upper right do not appear to match as they measure differently.
