If you need to update the group a contact is assigned to, follow these steps:
Go to the client’s profile.
On the left side of the screen, go to the Contact Group section
Click the Change button.
Options will show on the right side of the screen and from there, select the new group for the contact.

If you need to update multiple contacts at once, you can also use the Batch Change Group feature. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to this article.
