You can now change multiple contact into another contact group at once.
How to Batch Change Contacts to a Different Contact Group
You can now update multiple contacts and move them to a different contact group simultaneously using the Batch Change Contact Group feature.
Steps to use this feature:
Step 1: Request Activation
Contact the Customer Support Center to enable the Batch Change Contact Group feature on your account. This activation lasts for 24 hours.
Step 2: Select Contacts
Once the feature is enabled, select the contacts you want to move to a different contact group.
Step 3: Batch Update
Click the “Batch” button on the right side of your screen.
Step 4: Choose Change Group
From the options, select “Change Group.”
Step 5: Select New Contact Group
Choose the contact group you want to assign the selected contacts to.
Step 6: Confirm
Click Confirm to apply the changes.
