One of the first steps in customizing your Fit Pro Tracker account is creating your unique subdomain. Think of this as your personalized online hub, a branded link that represents your gym or studio location.

Your subdomain will be used across several key features in the system, including your sign-up pages, automated email replies, and campaigns. Choosing a name that reflects your brand and is easy for clients to remember will help reinforce your identity and streamline communication.

In addition, the default landing page tied to your subdomain can serve as a powerful lead generation tool. Any prospects who opt in through this page will be added directly to your Lead Contact Groups.

Note: Once your subdomain is set, it becomes the foundation for your forms, emails, and referral links. Changing it afterward may cause previous links and submissions to break, so it’s important to finalize your choice before moving forward. You’ll be able to view your subdomain in the address bar of your browser.

You’ll find your subdomain in your browser’s address bar. It will look like this:

How to Set Up Your Subdomain in Fit Pro Tracker

Step 1:

Go to the top left menu bar, click your profile icon, and then choose Settings from the dropdown.

Step 2:

Within the Settings tab, click on the Subdomain option in the submenu. This is where you'll enter your unique subdomain, something simple and memorable that reflects your brand.

Step 3:

After entering your chosen subdomain, click the Save button to finalize the setup. That’s it, your custom subdomain is now active!

This completes the subdomain setup process. With your personalized link in place, you’re ready to start using it for sign-ups, email communications, and lead generation. Make sure to double-check your subdomain spelling before saving, as it will be a core part of your branding moving forward.
