Fit Pro Tracker Billing Automation

Fit Pro Tracker has enabled the integration of automation based on defined triggers that enhance the available options of our billing system.

This feature is available to Mindbody and Fit Pro Tracker users. You can only select one type of automation source: Mindbody or Fit Pro Tracker.

To add a new automation, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the New Automation tab.

  2. Enter the name of the automation.

  3. Toggle on if you want your automation to be active or toggle off if not.

4. Select Fit Pro Tracker as your source.

5. Then, click on the Add Action tab.

6. Click the dropdown button. Select the name from the list of the actions and choose the target action:

a. Add contact to the campaign and select the campaign

b. Move contact to a group and select the name of the group

c. Assign a tag to a contact and select a tag

d. Assign contact to staff and select the staff

After adding the name of the action and its target, click the save button beside X button. Then, you can add another action if needed.

Once you have completed the actions, click Save Automation to complete the process.

You have the ability to edit or delete the action if there are changes. You can also add an action if needed.
