Sharing or using a code to create a copy of the template document is one way to share the digital document.

The Digital Document can be shared from one location to another location.

Important Note: The original copy will not be altered if the location will edit the copy.

Reminder: For any document you create that includes legal terms, it is your responsibility to ensure that terms included within your agreements, waivers, contracts, etc., follow all state and local laws. Please consult with an attorney for review of any legal language prior to publishing the document on your Fit Pro Tracker account. Fit Pro Tracker, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any legal verbiage used within any documents clients create and share.

TO SHARE THE TEMPLATE'S CODE, DO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Go to Digital Documents from the main menu. Then, select the Documents tab.

2. Select the document you want to share with your location by clicking the Share Code button under the gear icon.

3. Click the Copy to Clipboard button to easily copy the template code.

4. You can share the code to another location via SMS or email.

TO IMPORT THE DIGITAL DOCUMENT, DO THE FOLLOWING:

When you receive a Digital Document code from your own or another location, you can copy the code and import the document.

1. Click the Add Document button.

2. On this page, you must select the category and enter the name, description, and code from the copied document. Then, click the Import Document button.

3. You will be directed to the document template, where you can make changes to the content. Remember to save your document.

Locations will save time by sharing and importing digital documents. This is a more efficient and user-friendly way of cloning a document, either in your own or to another location.
