2. To proceed with the reversal, click the transaction ID of the chosen invoice, and a pop-up box on the right side will appear with the transaction's information.

3. In the Transaction Details box, is where you will enter a reversal note and proceed to click the Reverse Transaction button to complete the process.

To view the completed reversal invoice transactions, you can click on the Ledger View.

Pro Tip: You can reverse a past-due invoice only if there was no associated transaction to it. Meaning there was no decline or credit that is partially applied to it.

You just need to follow the same step, which is to click the Transaction ID of the invoice, and a Pop-up window will show, letting you enter the note and reverse the past-due invoice.
