What is a chargeback?

It is the when a sale is reported and disputed by your clients bank. The sale amount will automatically be removed/deducted from his or her bank account. This deduction will be reflected in your Fit Pro Tracker.

How Does The Charge Back Work?

  • The client/card hold contacts their bank and files a dispute.

  • The bank will issue a credit back to the client. The fee will be removed from your account.

Reasons for Charge Backs

  • Charged Multiple Times

  • Over Charged

  • Merchant Error

  • Criminal Fraud

  • Friendly Fraud
