Location Settings Instructions

It is important to ensure your location settings are set up properly in order to use the functions within Fit Pro Tracker. Please ensure you take the following steps to ensure your information is properly listed in your settings:

  • Please make sure your location name and address do not have special characters.

  • The country code on the address has to be two letters

    • Where can you find the country code?

      • US: United States

      • CA: Canada

  • Check that your state is two letters: I.e. Arizona, AZ

  • You need a valid email address as well as a valid phone number

    You can find this information in your Location Menu (left menu), then you can click on Settings and Address, here you have an example:

    Once you complete your Contact Information you can enter your Credit Card information, here you have another article that will help you with this step:
