Fit Pro Tracker is excited to announce the release of the latest version of our Booking App. This new update comes with enhanced features and improvements designed to streamline your booking experience, making it more efficient and user-friendly.
To ensure you have the latest app version, start by searching in the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).
New Updates and Features Added to the Booking App
We are excited to introduce several new updates and features to the booking app. Here’s a detailed look at what’s new:

1. Registration Process
A Setting Up Password:
When you're creating a password in our Booking app, we want to make sure it's secure, so we have some guidelines in place. If the password you enter doesn’t meet our criteria, don't worry! You’ll see an error message that lets you know exactly what needs to be fixed. Here’s what your password needs to include:
More than 6 characters.
At least one uppercase and one lowercase letter.
At least one number.
A special character (like @, #, $, etc.).
B. Welcome Email:
After you complete your registration, you’ll receive a welcome email that’s packed with all the essentials. This includes your username and a handy "More Information" tab where you’ll find training documentation. This quick guide will help you get familiar with the app’s features, so you can start making the most out of your experience right away.
C. Forgot Password:
If you ever forget your password, no need to stress. You can reset it directly within the app. Just start the "I forgot password" process, and we'll send a recovery code to your email. Once you receive it, simply enter the code in the app, and you’ll be able to set a new password. It's a quick and secure way to get back into your account.
2. Dashboard Enhancements
In our latest update, we’ve moved the Resources option from the Dashboard to the menu. This change declutters your Dashboard, making it easier to find what you need without any fuss. Plus, all the resources you need are still just a tap away from the menu.
We’ve also improved the notification system for subscription statuses. If your subscription is frozen, paused, or past due, the Dashboard will now clearly show why you can’t book sessions. This way, you’ll always know exactly what’s going on with your subscription, making it easier for you and administrators to manage everything smoothly.
3. Payment Methods Menu
Managing your payment options just got a whole lot easier with our updated Payment Methods tab. Here’s what you can do:
Add Payment Methods: Easily input new credit card or ACH information.
Edit Payment Options: Update your existing payment details whenever you need to.
Set a Primary Payment Method: Choose your go-to payment option to streamline your transactions.
Delete Payment Information: Remove any payment details you no longer need.
Note: Clients cannot remove a payment method if it is linked to an active membership. If they try to delete a payment method associated with a membership, the app will display the following error message.
4. Invoices Menu
We’ve added a new Invoices tab that gives you a clear overview of any overdue invoices, making it simple to track and manage your payments. You’ll see all the details you need, like the invoice number, membership name, due date, due amount, and any notes attached to the invoice.
Key Features:
Detailed Invoice Information: Get a complete view of your financial obligations at a glance.
Payment Options: Pay past due amounts directly from the Invoices tab, one invoice at a time, using your preferred payment method.
Important Note: If you don’t have any overdue balances, the Invoices Menu won’t appear.
5. Profile Menu Enhancements
We’ve upgraded the Profile tab to make it even more user-friendly. Along with managing your Personal Information, Address, and Emergency Contact details, you’ll find two new sections: the Subscription menu and the Digital Documents menu.
5. A. Subscription Menu
In the Subscription menu, you’ll find everything you need to know about your primary membership:
Membership Information: See the details about your membership, including type and status.
Payment Options: Manage your primary payment method directly from this menu. If your membership is recurring, you can even update your payment method with ease.
Important Note: You can only change the payment method if your primary membership is on a recurring plan (weekly, monthly, or annually).
5. B. Digital Documents Menu
Our new Digital Documents menu is all about keeping your paperwork organized and accessible:
Access to Signed Documents: Download your signed documents directly from your profile. The PDFs are ready and waiting for you whenever you need them.
Document Organization: Keep track of all your important documents in one convenient place.
