Fit Pro Tracker system brings you a new feature to create a Journey to bring in leads either through simply embedding your unique Widget code to your website or to create and set up your own customized form link to be filled out by your leads through the Widget tab without the need to acquire external web developer’s services and infuse them into the System.
To access this update, kindly refer to the following steps:
Step 1: On the left menu, click My Journeys.
Step 2: From the upper right part of the screen, click the Add Journey button.
Under the Setup screen, you will now be able to see the three options when creating a Journey:
Lead Capture Form
Checkout
Lead Capture Form / Checkout
Note: Once you have created the journey, you cannot modify the type of journey that you selected.
Lead Capture Form
To create a Journey as Lead Capture Form, please see the steps below:
Step 1: Under Choose Your Journey, select the Lead Capture Form option and continue by clicking the Next button below.
Step 2: General Info, fill out the details for Journey Name, Journey Description, Journey URL, and Journey Key.
Pro Tip 1: Journey URL was previously tagged as Product URL in the old user interface, while Journey Key was previously tagged as API Key.
Pro Tip 2: Journey Key is used if you have Lead Integration and this value is always auto-generated.
Step 3: Once details are complete for each tab, proceed with clicking the Save button on the lower right part of the screen. A prompt saying “Created Successfully” will show. The Steps tab will also appear beside the Setup tab.
Under the Setup screen, you will now be shown three (3) tabs:

A. API Setup
You may copy the API URL to use for your integration, and you may copy the API Key to fetch information about your integration with Fit Pro Tracker System. You may also click the "Check our documentation here." link for additional information.
B. Automations
When leads enter the system, a contact profile will be created automatically, and this is the setting that will be applied. Make sure to click the Save button after setting this up.
Add a Lead Generator - this is mandatory to closely monitor the lead source of incoming leads.
Add Lead to a Campaign - this will automatically assign the leads to a campaign once a contact profile is created.
Add Lead to a Tag - this setting is optional and is used to easily sort the leads by tag. Tags are useful for grouping people and quickly identifying them.
Add a Staff to Lead - this will automatically assign a staff member to leads as soon as a contact profile is created.
C. Widget
After setting up API Setup and Automations, the last tab is the newest update in the Fit Pro Tracker system - Widget. You can utilize this if you want to develop and set up your site or page to capture your leads and integrate them into the Fit Pro Tracker system.
To utilize this feature, fill out the details for the Title, Description, Height (in pixels), Width (in pixels), and Submit Button Text. These will all determine the visual presentation of your customized form for lead generation.
Email and First Name are the required fields that need to be filled out by your leads. You also have the option to include your Last Name or Phone by turning their respective toggles on.
Once details are complete for each tab, proceed with clicking the Save button on the lower left part of the screen. A prompt saying “Created Successfully” will show.
You may now use the Widget code to embed it in your website (Wordpress, Wix, etc.) or open your customized form by copying the URL from the Widget Code portion and pasting it into a new tab.
You can now use this customized form for lead generation in your location.
Once the form has been submitted, you can now see the lead in the Fit Pro Tracker system.
