When a client registers for a session and their status is marked as "attended" and a milestone is reached. This is the trigger that sets the automation action.
How it works:
Client Registration: When a client registers for a session, our system begins monitoring their progress.
Session Validation: As the client attends each session, our system diligently tracks their participation.
Milestone Completion: A milestone is reached once the a client successfully completes all the sessions associated with a particular milestone.
Automation Activation: With the milestone successfully achieved, the system activates the predetermined automation. This can include a variety of actions. It's all about celebrating their progress and ensuring they feel valued.
Here's how to set up this automation:
Step 1) On the left menu, select the Automation tab and then click on Automation Management. Click the New Automation button.
Step 2) Choose the Fit Pro Tracker as the source option. Move to the following tab and opt for Milestone. For the trigger selection, choose the option Reaches a milestone.
Step 3) Click on the button Add Action and then choose your desired action from the dropdown menu.
Step 4) Click the blue save icon and then click the Save Automation button.
