Adding Payment Methods Through the Client Booking App

Great news! We are delighted to announce the addition of a new menu to the Booking App: Payment Methods. This menu allows clients to easily add or modify their payment methods, including ACH and credit card options through the booking app.

Here are the steps to add/edit your payment method through your booking app.

  1. Go to the main menu by clicking on the three lines on the top left side of the screen.

2. Select the Payment Methods menu.

3. Select the payment method you would like to add or edit.

4. Enter all the necessary information when you add a payment method. Then, click the “Add Payment Method” to complete the process.

5. If the client’s credit card has expired and needs to updated, they can edit/update it by putting the new expiration date and save it.

6. After editing the payment methods, it will be saved directly to their Fit Pro Tracker profile.

The staff members and owners will save so much time trying to track down the clients to update their payment methods.
