Cancellation of sessions is inevitable yet it is important that they are done within the minimum time frame to allow other members to avail of the vacant spot.
The All Cancellations Report shows a list of all sessions with canceled contacts, whereas the Late Cancellation Report shows sessions with contacts who canceled after the minimum cancellation notice specified in the Booking Policy for the session.
These reports have a timestamp column that indicates the date and hour of the cancellation. This serves as proof of the location if the cancellation was done within or beyond the cancellation time.
To view these reports, here are the steps:
Click the Reports under the Session Attendance on the left menu.
Select the All Attendance section and click View Report
These are the following columns on the All Cancellations and Late Cancel Reports:
Session’s Name
Name of the Client
Activity Type
Cancellation Time
Actions
Action Taken
Both reports can be downloaded to an excel file.
