The Missing In Action Report allows you to keep track of those who missed confirming their scheduled appointments as well as those who were inactive or absent.
To access the Missing in Action Report, do the following:
On the Left Menu, select Reports under Session Attendance.
Click on the View Report tab on the Missing in Action Report.
You have the option to filter the data of this report based on the:
Number of days from last check in
Assigned staff
Tags used
Contact group (Trials, Members, or Trials and Members)
Option to exclude contacts that have a scheduled freeze, pause, or cancellation
You can use this report to follow up on the missing clients and re-engage them by sending them a batch email or batch SMS in addition to being able to see who is missing in action.

You can view your contacts who have frozen, paused, or canceled scheduled subscriptions on the report with a label that includes the date when it will be carried out.
Like any other report, you also have the ability to export it into an Excel file.
