The Attendance Widget is now available on the Dashboard to provide information on the sessions your clients have booked in.

It has two tabs, the Daily Attendance and Average Attendance.

Daily Attendance. This gives a quick view of the session’s time and name, number of reserved, waitlisted, unconfirmed, confirmed, no-show, and canceled. The chart auto-populates the information for the day.

You can filter by date by clicking the date button and selecting a date range or a specific date.

Average Attendance. This gives a quick view of the session’s time and name, number of reserved, waitlisted, confirmed, no-show, and canceled. The chart auto-populates the information based on the calculated average of the available date for the sessions.

The importance of this report is to show you the status of the booked sessions and check the historical data if an increase of the capacity of class is needed or not.

With this report, you have the ability to modify the sessions.

The reserved column is the total number of reservations done. This will be the sum of the unconfirmed, confirmed, and no-show.

You can filter by date by clicking the date button and selecting a date range or a specific date.

Both Daily Attendance and Average Attendance can be exported to excel.
