Calling Feature: How to Make Outbound Calls

Fit Pro Tracker's Calling Feature is now available so you can easily connect and get in touch with your clients. You also have the option to turn on the Call recording where you will see the date, time, call duration, and the staff you made the call. It has the ability to record call logs to see the date, time, call duration, and who made the call.

Please contact Support so they can turn on this feature for you and your staff for $20/month.

There are three ways to make a call to your client:

A. Using the Desktop Phone

  1. Click the phone icon on the top menu bar.

  2. Enter the name or phone number of the client.

  3. Click the call button to start calling.

  4. Close the Dialer after making a call.

B. Using the Contact Profile (Phone Icon)

  1. Search the name of the client using the Search contacts bar.

2. Click the phone icon under the Profile’s name.

3. Click the call button to start calling.

4. Close the Dialer after making a call.

C. Using the Contact Profile (Communications)

  1. Search the name of the client using the Search contacts bar.

  2. Click the Communications tab

  3. Select the Call tab.

  4. Click the Call from Browser to show the Dialer.

  5. Close the Dialer after making a call.

The staff can select a call outcome and can add a note if needed.

  • No answer

  • Busy

  • Wrong Number

  • Listen Voicemail

  • Connected

  • Rescheduled

Important Note:

The Federal Electronic Protection Act's call recording laws outline the regulations for informing and obtaining consent to record telephone conversations between two or more parties.
