This report allows you to easily identify any inactive/expired or near-expired cards in your Fit Pro Tracker billing system. It will display the card name/number, the expiration date, the card's status, the last payment date, and the last decline message.
You can access your Inactive/Expired or Near Expire Payment Methods Report from the main menu.
Click the Membership Billing and choose Reports.
Click the Inactive/Expired or Near Expire Payment Methods Report to view the information.
You will find the following information in this report:
Customer’s name
Card holder name
Card Number
Expiration Date
Expiration Status
Status (Active/Expired/Inactive)
Primary
Last Transaction Details
Click the View button to see the information from the Last Transaction Details.
The following information can be found in the Last Transaction Details:
Customer’s name
Last Payment Date
Last Payment Message
Card Number
The Inactive/Expired or Near Expire Payment Methods Report can be exported to Excel. This will provide you with more detailed information about this report.
