With the Digital Document, you can now easily create documents that are tailored-fit to the needs, demands, and design of your gym and clients.

Through this feature, the process of collecting information, sharing, and storing paperless documents of your contacts is made more convenient.

On your left menu click on the Digital Documents tab so you will see the three important sections of Digital Documents.

Categories- This tab is used to create categories, similar to how they are in Membership and POS. The user will be able to create new categories, modify existing ones, archive them, and delete them.

Here's what you'll find in the Categories section:

  • Gear icon ( trash bin icon: to archive the item and pencil icon: to edit the item)

  • Name of the Category

  • # of Documents

  • Assigned Staff

  • Date Created

To add a category, go to the right side of the screen and click the "Add a category" button. A pop-up window will appear when you click it.

When you add a category, you must fill out the Name and Description fields. You can choose whether to make it active or not. Remember to save the category you've just created.
