The Member List Report is a newly added item for the Location in the main Menu. On the left side panel, click Reports.
You can view all the existing contacts in the system.
When you open the Member List Report, you will see the information below:
> Location
> First Name
> Last Name
> Primary Email
> Phone Number
> Group
Under the Member List Report, you can see the contacts under the Leads, Prospects, Trials, Members, Past, and Archive Groups.
You can select the type of group you want to view. To see the options, click the dropdown button. Then, select the Filter option.
For example, if you want to see all contacts in this category, select the Leads Group option. All of the Leads will be displayed on your screen.
To view the contact information details, click the Export to Excel button.
To view the contact information details, click the Export to Excel button.
This is an example of the exported contacts file. You will be able to access the address in this list, which is very important information.
