POS: Purchasing and Paying with Different Methods for Existing Clients

The existing clients have the option of using various payment methods when purchasing products

Fit Pro Tracker has improved the Point of Sales Feature to continuously help your business.

Go to the left side panel to purchase the product (s) of your client. Select the POS tab from the Retail Menu.

Choose your client's product or item. You can select from the top-level categories or the displayed items in the middle.

The total amount of the products is shown on the right side. Once you have finished adding the product(s) to the cart, click the Checkout button.

You will be directed to this page. Guest clients will be able to complete the necessary purchase transaction smoothly with the help of the different options below.

  • Select Customer (Guest or Existing Client)

  • Payment Method (Cash, Credit Card, ACH, or Terminal)

  • Review Items (Items purchased)

  • Continue Shopping (If you want to add more products)

  • Order Summary

In the POS Cart, existing clients can pay for the products in various ways. The user can toggle between the payment methods with CASH, CREDIT CARD, and ACH

Here are the options you have for the client based on the payment method.

For Existing Client Paying Cash

  1. Click on Search Existing Client to find the name.

  2. Select the Cash payment method. Enter the tendered amount.

  3. Please look over your items/products before you complete your transaction.

  4. Click the Complete Order when you’re finished

For Existing Client Paying with Credit Card

  1. Click on Search Existing Client to find the name.

  2. Click the CC/ACH tab to select from one of the payment options the client has on file. This includes ACH.

  3. Please look over your items/products before you complete your transaction.

  4. Click the Complete Order when you’re finished.

Important Note: To send a copy of the receipt to the customer, toggle the Send Receipt button.

For Existing Client Paying Cash and Credit Card

  1. Click on Search Existing Client to find the name of the client.

  2. Select the Cash and CC/ACH payment methods. Enter the cash amount and select from one of the payment options the client has on file. This includes ACH.

  3. Please look over your items/products before you complete your transaction.

  4. Click the Complete Order when you’re finished.

For Existing Client Paying with ACH

  1. Click on Search Existing Client to find the name.

  2. Click the CC/ACH (Credit Card/ACH) button and select the ACH payment method from one of the payment options the client has on file.

    Important Note: There isn't an option to manually add ACH details at checkout.

  3. Please look over your items/products before you complete your transaction.

  4. Click the Complete Order when you’re finished.

Important Note:

ACH payments may encounter processing delays, which means a customer might receive their item before the payment is fully cleared. This could result in the payment being declined later. Additionally, processing refunds via ACH typically takes longer compared to credit card refunds (The refunds usually are completed by the banks within 5 business days). This is because ACH transactions go through a more extended clearing process, involving several financial institutions, which can delay the refund.


Existing clients can choose from a variety of payment methods, making it simple to purchase products.
