This is a tip for adding/updating membership and adding/updating invoices in the evening.

Important Tip: The system should not add Prorate if you follow the instructions below.

There is a possibility if you do these four things after 7:00 PM Pacific / 10:00 PM Eastern

You may get a Prorate charge because it overlaps with other timezones.

So when the membership is created the system creates it for the next day and by default creates the prorate as it has the date for the same day.

The recommendation is not to do any of these after 7:00 PM Pacific / 10:00 PM Eastern to avoid being billed with Prorate.

Important Tip: Please make sure that when you add a membership you always check that you don't have a Prorate on your Invoice summary before you click the Process Payment tab.
