There is an incredible option into Fit Pro Tracker for managing your location numbers, as well we can add additional numbers and assigned them to our staff members, we can also set them up to do several actions when there is an inbound.

1. Click on your profile picture on the upper right corner.

2. Click on the Numbers tab.

Then, you will be directed to this page. Click on the "Edit Call Handling".

3. Click on the call handling tab

4. Chose the member you want to assign the number

Assigned To: This is a Default System.

Inbound Call Routing: There are three options when a client calls your number.

Default (does nothing) : When you choose this option, the client gets this message when they call your number:

This location does not have call forwarding enabled. Good bye!

Forward to an external Number: You may forward the call to a landline, a mobile, or a google voice number.

Note: A Google Voice Number will work best when you want to forward calls to a virtual assistant who is located outside US.

Send to a Voice mail: This option allows your client to leave voice messages. You will able to retrieve a voice message under the Contact profile.

5. Click on forward to an external number, if you want the call to reach a specific external line

6. If you want to automatically send an invoice mail
