How to edit clients transactions amount and date

In Fit Pro Tracker you have the ability to edit your clients' next transaction amount..

Edit Transaction Amount and Date

--Go to the clients Billing Membership

--Go down to the Membership Section and select "Report"

--To edit the transaction date and amount you will need to click on the pencil icon next to the installment you want to change.

--Modify the Amount and click "Save Changes"

--Make sure the transaction edits are correct

Undo Modifications to Transaction Edit

--Go to the contacts report and click on the "Undo" button next to the transaction. It will undo the transaction to the original amount.

How to edit the whole memberships date and amount

-Click on the membership modify button

-Edit the date and amount

-G0 back and check to make sure the modify is correct for the rest of the transactions

Freeze Vs Pause

The biggest difference between a freeze and pause of a member is knowing the end date.

How to Freeze A Membership

-Go to the contacts profile

-Click on the billing membership button

-Go down to the membership

-Click on the Freeze button

-Choose the difference options (number of installments etc....)

-Click on "Confirm"

How to Pause A Membership

-Go to the contacts profile

-Click on the billing membership button

-Go down to the membership

-Click on the Pause button

-Choose a start date

-Choose the different options

-Click on "Confirm"

Billing - How To Cancel Clients Membership

In Fit Pro Tracker Billing you may need to cancel a clients membership. You will need to go to the contacts profile select Billing Memberships.

Cancel Clients Membership

Find the membership you would like to cancel. Select the "Cancel" button.

Confirm Cancel

Once you have click on the cancel button. Complete the desired actions and then click confirm.

Tip: Remember if you charge a Cancelation Fee it will charge immediately.
