How to edit clients' transaction amounts and dates

In Fit Pro Tracker, you can edit your clients' next transaction amount..
Edit Transaction Amount
--Go to the client's Billing tab
--Under the Subscription Section, select "Invoices"
--To edit the transaction date and amount, you will need to click on the pencil icon next to the installment you want to change.
--Modify the Amount and click "Confirm"
--Make sure the transaction edits are correct
Undo Modifications to Transaction Edit
--Click on the "Undo" button next to the transaction. It will undo the transaction to the original amount.
How to edit the whole membership's date and amount
--Go to the client's Billing tab
--Under the Subscription Section, select "Invoices"
--Click Modify Date if you wish to change the billing date of the membership. The system will display the available dates.
--Click Modify Amount if you wish to change the membership price.
--Go back and check to make sure the modification is correct for the rest of the transactions
Freeze Vs Pause
The main difference between a freeze and a pause is in the way the action is executed and the restoration process. When you choose to freeze a membership, the action will be based on the installment date. This means that the system will automatically show when the membership will be restored. On the other hand, if you choose to pause a membership, you have the option to select a specific start date for the pause. Additionally, you would need to manually restore the membership.
How to Freeze A Membership
-Go to the contacts profile
-Click on the billing tab
-Go to the membership you wish to freeze
-Click on the Freeze button
-Set the number of installments where you want to put the membership on freeze (you will then see the date when the membership will be frozen and restored)
-Click on "Confirm"
How to Pause A Membership
-Go to the contacts profile
-Click on the billing tab
-Go to the membership you wish to pause
-Click on the Pause button
-Set the start date of the pause
-Click on "Confirm"
Billing - How To Cancel a Client's Membership

To cancel a client's membership, please follow these steps:
Go to the contacts' billing profile
2. Click the Cancel tab next to the membership you wish to cancel.
3. Select the Cancellation date, then click on the Confirm tab.
