Fit Pro Tracker offers two different ways to invite your members and trials to the Client App. Below is an article that will explain sending invitations both batch and 1-to-1. Please watch the video and read the article to help you learn both ways.

--- Important information about the Client App rules ---

-The system will send an email and a text message when you invite a contact to the Client App.

-The email invite will be sent from a different IP address.
- Send invite only between 8 am to 4 pm.
- The tokens/invites last 10 days before they expire.
- When sending a batch client invites, the process will create/send registration every 1 minute to not load the system. (100 clients will take 100 minutes to cycle from beginning to end)

Invite Batch (Multiple) Members and Trials

1. Go to Client App under Location on the left side of your Fit Pro Tracker.

2. Click on the "Invite Members", "Invite Trials" or "Invite Prospects" button

3. Contacts Receive Email To Sign Up

---The email that the member or trial will be inviting them to confirm and create a unique password.

4. Contacts will also receive a text message with a code which will be used to register to use the app.

5. Once the contact downloads and opens the Client App they will be prompted register by entering their code.

6. Once code is entered contact will be prompted to create a password. Passwords must contain an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, a number and a non-alphanumeric character. Passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters long.

7. When logging in the username will be the email on file in Fit Pro Tracker for the contact.

8. Once logged in the contact will be able to view the session schedule, book sessions, view upcoming sessions, see attendance history and view any available resources.

Inviting Members and Trials 1-to-1

1. Go to selected contacts profile and select the envelope icon in the Client App section to send the invite to that single contact.

2. Contacts Receive Email To Sign Up

---The email that the member or trial will be inviting them to confirm and create a unique password.

4. Once the contact downloads and opens the Client App they will be prompted register by entering their code.

Resend Expired or Invite Sent but not yet registered

Remember the invite will only last for 10 days and they will expire. You will need to resend the invitation.

  1. Go to Client App on the left side menu under Location.

  2. Use the filter on the righthand side of the contacts to filter to expired invitations or if it is within 10 days and you need to resend and invitation to someone who has not yet registered you can filter to Invite Sent.

  3. Click on the plane icon next to the contact you wish to resend the invite to.

4. You cannot resend an invitation to a contact who has already accepted as they have already registered.

5. You may also filter to those contacts across all groups who have not yet had an invite sent and send invites across all groups.
