If the client cannot find the Client App invite, you may first go to the Client App Portal to check the invite status.
If the status shows Invite Sent, you can advise the client to search for the invite in all their email folders, including spam or you can resend by clicking the Resend icon.
If the status shows Expired, you can resend by clicking the Resend icon. The client will receive the invite by Email to confirm the account and the code in SMS.
On your left menu, please go to Location menu and click on Client App tab. You will see the invite status as invite sent, expired, accepted, or not yet invited.
