Guide on resending and accepting invite

If the client cannot find the Booking App invite, you may first go to the Booking App Portal to check the invite status.

  • If the status shows Invite Sent, you can advise the client to search for the invite in all their email folders, including spam or you can resend by clicking the Resend icon.

  • If the status shows Expired, you can resend by clicking the Resend icon. The client will receive the invite by Email to confirm the account and the code in SMS.

Step 1: To Resend the Booking App Invite, Go to the Location menu.


Step 2: Click the Settings tab, and then, click the Booking App Button.


On the left side of your screen, you can filter what group or status you'd like to check. You will see the Invite status as Invite sent, Expired, Accepted, or Not Invited yet.


Step 3: You may also search and check the status of the contact on the "Search bar" and once you see that their status has expired, you can click on the Resend Button.
